Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits, the world’s preeminent distributor of wine and spirits expert and distributor, is offering a curated peek into the future at their 18th annual Trade Day. Presented by Square and hosted by Wine Spectator, this by-invitation, trade-only event offers a chance to experience the industry’s best cocktails, mixers and bites in our all-new space at The Seaport.
This by-invitation, TRADE ONLY, is an exclusive tasting experience where SGWS Fine Wine and Iconic Spirit Suppliers and Producers present and showcase their vast selections of wines and spirits from their extensive, popular and notable portfolios to the NYS market.
Retail and restaurant owners, managers, buyers and sommeliers will interact with the Winemakers, Producers, Master Distillers, Brand Ambassadors, Suppliers and Importers and notable celebrities, along with the industry's top media while sampling dishes from some of New York City’s best chefs and restaurants. You’ll learn about new trends and products in the food and beverage industry at this not-to-be-missed tented trade event.

Chef Lauren Covas is a Portuguese-American Celebrity Chef, social media personality, and author. She is a two-time Food Network Champion (Chopped & Supermarket Stakeout). Chef Covas Catering channels Lauren’s passion for both creating unforgettable culinary experiences and fostering memorable moments with loved ones.
After graduating from the Culinary Academy of Long Island, Chef Dan gained hands on experience working in prestigious, New Jersey restaurants such as The Raven and the Peach and The Rumson Country Club. In 2012, Chef Dan became a luxury Private Chef and Caterer.
