6:30-7pm: Fourchette Cheese Grazing Table
1st Course: Peppered arugula, roasted beet & goat cheese, candied pecans, shaved fennel, citrus vinaigrette
2nd Course: Butternut squash agnolotti with brown butter, sage, and crispy truffle crumbs
3rd Course: 24 hour braised short rib over creamy polenta with roasted root vegetables & gremolata
4th Course: Maple Crème Brûlée with candied pecans

Stop by the 107.1 The Boss Mistletoe Rock Radiothon to benefit the JBJ Soul Kitchens. Chef Lauren Covas will be selling and signing her new cookbook, Little Portugal at the Red Bank location. Anyone who purchases a book at this event will receive a full size JBJ Soul Seasoning packet (value $12) and Lauren will also be donating 20% of all book sales in support of the JBJ Soul Foundation.

About the JBJ Soul Foundation: Since 2006, the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation has worked to break the cycle of hunger, poverty and homelessness through developing partnerships, creating programs and providing grant funding to support innovative community benefit organizations.

JBJ Soul Kitchen seeks to provide healthy, locally-sourced food in a warm and welcoming restaurant setting to in-need and paying customers to address the issues of food insecurity. They empower individuals by providing resources and volunteer opportunities. They encourage their paying customers to effect change by ‘paying it forward’ to cover the cost of the in-need customers. They treat all of their customers with dignity and respect while uniting communities and forming healthy and lasting relationships through food.
