Chef Lauren Covas and Fourchette present a Chef Dinner Series. We're creating an intimate dinner-party experience with seasonal dishes, thoughtful wine pairings and a chance to gather around the table with good food and good company.

6:30-7pm:
 Fourchette Cheese Grazing Table
1st Course: Roasted Parsnip & Apple Soup with Thyme Crouton & Crème
2nd Course: Winter Bitter Greens Salad with Candied Pecans, Dried Cranberries & Manchego
3rd Course: Pan-Seared Frenched Chicken Breast with Wild Mushroom Risotto & Red Wine Shallot Jus
4th Course: Chocolate Mousse with Espresso Whipped Cream & Sea Salt
*Vegetarian option available upon request
