Chef Lauren Covas and Fourchette present a Chef Dinner Series. We're creating an intimate dinner-party experience with seasonal dishes, thoughtful wine pairings and a chance to gather around the table with good food and good company.

1st Course: Grilled Asparagus & Burrata Salad with Lemon Gremolata
2nd Course: Fresh Bucatini w/ Shaved Parmesan Crème & & Preserved Lemons
3rd Course: Herb-Crusted Cod with Fennel Purée, Baby Carrots & Basil Oil
4th Course: Lemon Olive Oil Cake with Honeyed Pistachios
