Chef Lauren Covas and Fourchette present a Chef Dinner Series. We're creating an intimate dinner-party experience with seasonal dishes, thoughtful wine pairings and a chance to gather around the table with good food and good company.

6:30-7pm:
 Fourchette Cheese Grazing Table
1st Course: Roasted Rainbow Carrot with Whipped Feta & Gremolata
2nd Course: Baby Gem Salad with Snap Peas, Radish & Green Goddess Dressing
3rd Course: Rosemary Garlic Pork Tenderloin with Spring Pea Risotto & Roasted Shallots
4th Course: Strawberry Rhubarb Shortcake with Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream
