MENU: 6:30-7pm: Fourchette Cheese Grazing Table 1st Course: Peppered arugula, roasted beet & goat cheese, candied pecans, shaved fennel, citrus vinaigrette 2nd Course: Butternut squash agnolotti with brown butter, sage, and crispy truffle crumbs 3rd Course: 24 hour braised short rib over creamy polenta with roasted root vegetables & gremolata 4th Course: Maple Crème Brûlée with candied pecans
